Taiwan on the mainland imported stainless steel cold-rolled products anti-dumping final

近日，中国台湾地区“财政部”对自中国大陆及韩国进口冷轧不锈钢产品反倾销案作出终裁，决定对中国大陆除山西太钢及其关联公司外的其他企业涉案产品征收38.11%的反倾销税，山西太钢与台调查机关已达成价格承诺，被免征反倾销税。
本案于2013年2月20日立案，中国大陆企业涉案金额为1. 53亿美元，其中山西太钢及其关联公司涉案金额近1.1亿美元，占大陆企业出口总额的71.9%。
