Customer service

Operating duty:
1, answering customer calls, online interpretation of the company's business, develop customers;
2, reply to the customer's Chinese mail, help customers deal with parcels and problem pieces, follow up the customer order delivery situation, maintain customer relationship.
Job requirements:
1, 20-28 years old, college degree or above, have some English foundation;
2, good customer service awareness, customer service or business documentary work experience is preferred;
3, with strong communication ability and strain ability, good psychological quality, high sense of responsibility;
